Gateway remains focused on the valuation engagement. We do not provide audit, bookkeeping, tax-return preparation, legal services, business brokerage, exit-planning advisory, fractional-CFO services, or litigation valuation. The client's existing professional advisors remain in their respective roles.

When to Call Gateway

A valuation may be needed when your client is:

• Making a lifetime gift of a closely held business interest
• Administering an estate that holds a private business interest
• Admitting an employee or partner as an owner
• Buying out a shareholder or partner
• Redeeming an owner's interest through the company
• Transferring ownership internally or to family members
