1. A Note About Children Under Age 13
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and the Company asks that such persons not submit personal information. We believe that is important that parents or guardians supervise their children when they are online. As a result, Gateway asks that children under the age of 18 use this Site only in conjunction with parents or guardians.
2. Use of IP Addresses
An IP address is a number that is assigned to your computer when you are online. Web servers identify your computer by its IP address. This Site may collect IP addresses for the purposes of system or analytics administration, to report aggregate information to actual or potential advertisers, and to audit the use of Gateway’s site. When visitors request pages from the Site, the Company’s servers log their IP addresses. Gateway does not normally link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable, which means that a user’s session will be logged, but the user remains anonymous to us and other users. The Company will use IP addresses to identify a user when believed to be necessary to enforce compliance with the Company’s Terms of Use or to protect Gateway’s service, site, customers, or others.

4. Other Information Gateway Collects and Its Use and Disclosure of Your Information
In order to use this Site, you are not required to complete a registration form detailing any personally identifiable information. In order to receive the Company’s newsletter, you must provide your name and email address.
The Company anticipates creating an order form for certain products or services that will be offered. A user will have to provide certain contact information (such as name, email, and shipping address) and possibly financial information (such as a credit card number, security code, and expiration date). This information will be used for fulfillment and billing purposes. If the Company has trouble processing an order, Gateway will use the information to contact the user. It is also possible that additional information may be collected in connection with certain promotions or contests the Company plans to offer.
If you send the Company personal correspondence, such as emails or letters, or if other users or third parties send the Company correspondence about your activities or postings on Gateway’s Site, the Company may collect such information in a file specific to you. Gateway would use that information to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems or enforce its Terms of Use. For your convenience, this Site may contain links to other websites. Gateway is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites. Users should be aware that when they are on this Site, they could be directed to other websites that are beyond the Company’s control. Such other websites may send their own cookies to users, collect data, or solicit personal information. Whenever you give out personal information online, such information can be collected and used by other people. While Gateway strives to protect its users’ personal information and privacy, the Company cannot guarantee the security of any information you disclose online, and you do so at your own risk.
6. Security
This Site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under the Company’s control. All user information is stored on a server operated by a third party, using standard security measures. Notwithstanding these efforts, you are hereby cautioned that “perfect security” does not exist on the Internet and, therefore, you share information at your own risk.
7. Choice/Opt-Out
This Site gives users the following option for removing their information from the Company’s database, to not receive future communications, or to no longer receive services provided by Gateway. The Company allows you to opt out of receiving communications (including Gateway’s newsletter) about current or new Gateway offers, programs, and events.
