Full Narrative Valuations

We specialize in full narrative valuations for three critical areas: gift and estate tax, complex transactions, and SBA business loans. Our expertise ensures valuations are defensible, practical, and aligned with IRS requirements, tax planning needs, and lender standards. We do not perform valuations for financial reporting or litigation — our focus is on where our clients need us most. Each engagement is performed on a fixed-fee basis and prepared in compliance with the AICPA’s Statement on Standards for Valuation Services (SSVS No. 1).
